DateandDash depends on customer attendance. If you will not be able to attend an event you have registered for, you can reschedule your reservation if your request is made within 7 business days before the registered event begins. You can only reschedule one time per reservation and your purchase will not be issued any refund on any reservation.

If you are rescheduling within less than 7 business days of the registered event that you have signed up for, we reserve the right (based on availability) not to reschedule you to another date or issue a refund.
There will be an additional $5 USD charge to any change done within or outside the guidelines.
